Different cleaning scenarios require different equipment specifications
Scene One
For cleaning the inner wall of tank trucks, the executing mechanism needs to be equipped with a telescopic arm to insert the three-dimensional cleaning nozzle into the inner wall, allowing for 360° cleaning without dead angles. In terms of equipment parameters, a 170-liter large flow rate and a pressure between 200 and 350 kilograms are recommended, depending on the hardness of the wall. These parameters are for our GYB-2 series, which incorporates advanced technology from Germany's Woma in its high-pressure pump. It features a vertical stainless steel pump head, a stainless steel nickel-plated alloy plunger, and forced water cooling for temperature reduction. Generally, customers choose diesel-driven models for their driving needs, but if electricity is easily accessible, electric models can also be selected.
Scenario Two
For cleaning the tail of tank trucks at the mixing station, a rotary nozzle is required for this cleaning scenario. The equipment parameter can be set to the GYB-1 series 23L/min 500Bar cleaning machine. The high-pressure pump should be sourced from the original Comet brand, which is imported, small in size, and offers high cost performance. Alternatively, the GYB-3 series 50L/min 1000Bar can be chosen. This equipment has higher cleaning efficiency than the 500-kilogram model, faster cleaning speed, and can quickly clean relatively hard concrete scale.
Scene Three
The dust suppression system at the entrance and exit of the mixing station requires the use of a multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a variable frequency control cabinet. The specific parameters need to be determined based on the number of holes and the range of spray.
